Maison Neuve is six kilometers from the centre of Chamonix and one hour’s drive from Geneva Airport. This chalet is on the slopes of Mont Blanc above Les Houches.
This chalet is one of the few truly ski-in/ski -out rental apartments in Les Houches located close to the world famous “ La Verte Kandahar “ ski run.
Ideal for families, beginners and intermediate skiers who are ready to step into the skis or snowboards and ski off the property and onto the piste!
This self-catered chalet apartment can sleep up to 8 and comprises a living area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It benefits from having a private terrace and spectacular views over the mountains of the Mont Blanc range.
The chalet apartment is laid out over 3 floors plus lower ground floor. The lower ground floor provides a secure ski/board room with underfloor heating and a pull-down double bed, sleeping an extra 2 persons.
The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge/dining area with a flat screen TV & DVD player and protected fireplace. The lounge opens out onto a deck perfect for taking in the view of Dome de Gouter of Mont Blanc.
The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms, one double room and another which can either be a twin or double plus the main bathroom. The second floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. All bedrooms have their own balcony.
In summary, Maison Neuve C3 offers the perfect tranquil setting with fantastic access to the pistes for up to 8 people. It would suit families or groups of friends looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town centres.

The apartment is available for weekly rentals. Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.
Price based on standard capacity of 8 persons occupying this property.
Subject to additional charge of £100 per person for more persons.

Tourist tax of £1 per person (13 years and above) per day, payable with the booking.

SKI SCHOOL
Les Houches offers Children’s and Adults Ski Lessons from the Prarion Ski Lift. There is ample parking for you here if you wish to drive down from the Maison Neuve.
We can assist with bookings through ESF for you. ESF also offer Famille Plus – which is ski and day care for your children so that you are free to ski all day!

Le Petit VIP is a children’s arts, crafts & entertainment service run by
English and French speaking professionals who will come to your accommodation
and run arts and crafts sessions for your children. They can also provide a
birthday party service that can include birthday tea, cake, face painting,
games and other fun activities.

children for a rainy cold day or to just give the kids a break from skiing.

ICE RINK LES HOUCHES
The ice rink of Les Houches is a natural and outdoor ice rink, situated in the
heart of the village. Skate in front of the Mont Blanc massif! It is also open
in the evening.

DOG SLEDDING
Professional mushers, Christophe and Elisabeth selected and raised their Huskies to offer you the best. They suggest introducing you to dog sledding during all winter.
Furthemore the Tourist office of Les Houches/Servoz have pre-reserved some dates below: 5 sleds available per rotation, in the morning or afternoon.
This activity consists about 15mn of briefing and 45mn of harness and driving.
