Apartment Marmottes is a cute, mountain style, apartment in a small residence in the heart of the village of Les Praz In Chamonix Mont-Blanc, at the bottom of the Flegere ski domain.
It has 3 bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower and WC, a double/twin room and a bunk bed room, perfect for a large family or group of friends. There is a second bathroom and a separate WC. The lounge is a large, open, living space with an open plan kitchen and a dining table seating 6 comfortably. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need including a full sized oven and dishwasher.
A bonus is the nice sized, private garden with views of the surrounding mountains - perfect for making snowmen in the winter and outside dining in the summer.
It is perfectly located in the village with easy access to the local grocery store, bars and restaurants, but set back from the road for quietness and privacy. If you want a more lively scene Chamonix town centre is easily accessible either on foot or by bus and the bus stop is just a 2 minute stroll away giving you access up and down the valley to all of the other ski areas and Chamonix town centre. It is a stone's throw away from the Flegere ski lift (open in winter for skiing and in the summer for some amazing hikes and climbing) and just behind here is the Chamonix Mont-Blanc Golf Course.
