Lakeside Living, Minutes from Chamonix
The location is a real highlight.
Petit Gaillands 1 and Petit Gaillands 2 sit beside beautiful Lac des Gaillands, around 5 to 10 minutes from Chamonix centre. You have mountain views, walking trails and the famous Gaillands climbing wall nearby, while Chamonix's shops, restaurants, bars and mountain lifts are all within easy reach.
It's close enough to enjoy everything happening in town, with a quieter place to come home to afterwards.
Meet Petit Gaillands 1 & 2
Both recently renovated studios are designed as comfortable, practical mountain bases for up to two guests.
You'll have your own kitchen, modern bathroom, WiFi, heating and free on-site parking, with everything you need to settle in and make the space your own for a longer stay.
They're also pet-friendly, so you don't necessarily have to leave your four-legged companion behind.
And because there are two studios in the same location, they're a great option for friends or colleagues spending the season together who'd still like their own private space.
Your Winter in Chamonix
There's a big difference between coming to Chamonix for a ski holiday and actually spending the winter here.
A season gives you the freedom to follow the conditions. Ski Grands Montets after fresh snow, head to Les Houches when the weather closes in, or grab a few sunny hours at Brévent-Flégère simply because you can.
There are rest days too, of course. Coffee in town, a walk around the lake or a quiet afternoon at home while the snow falls outside.
No rushing. No trying to fit Chamonix into seven days.

Summer at Les Gaillands is pretty special too.
Walking, climbing, trail running and cycling are all on your doorstep, with long mountain days and Lac des Gaillands just moments from home.
