Serenite is a bright, spacious apartment for up to six people located in Chamonix, just a ten minute walk to the centre of the village and its bars, restaurants and shops as well as the Aiguille du Midi lift station.
This lovely apartment is a great base for family and friends for summer and winter holidays. It is just round the corner from the main bus station and local train station offering easy access to the whole valley with the free service that is included with your ski pass or carte d'hote. The central location (just 8 minutes walk to the town centre) is great for taking advantage of some of the local bars and après ski, and there are plenty of other local shops including ski hire, supermarkets, bakers, restaurants. The property has a modern and minimalist decor with a large, open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. There is a giant, comfortable, corner couch and flat screen SMART TV, with plenty of space for you to sit back and relax after a tiring day of adventuring in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining table with plenty of space to seat the whole party. The property opens out onto a private, decked terrace for outdoor dining with incredible panoramas of the surrounding peaks and le Mont Blanc, the perfect spot for an evening aperitif or a dinner alfresco. The property has three bedrooms; two large double bedrooms, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a large bathroom, with a walk in shower and a separate bath, as well as another separate toilet. This apartment also offers an external parking space and also a garage for interior parking, WIFI internet, and a washing machine.

Summer top tip - Take the Aiguille du Midi upto the mid station and there are many incredible hikes to be found, our favourite is along the Grand Balcon Nord to Montenvers; the height offers an incredible view of the whole valley.
Winter top tip - Moody’s coffee roasters is just about ten minutes away, stop off for one of their legendary cinnamon rolls and famous coffee before your big day on the slopes.

This is a lovely property on two levels. Three bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs with a TV lounge, toilet and a spacious, well equipped kitchen/ dining area below, leading to the outdoor space with a lockable cupboard. It was all clean and tidy see more

Three bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs with a TV lounge, toilet and a spacious, well equipped kitchen/ dining area below, leading to the outdoor space with a lockable cupboard. It was all clean and tidy with plenty of storage, warm with lots of hot water and very light and airy. Reserved parking was the icing on the cake. Our hosts were super-helpful and quick off the mark when we needed anything. A fantastic stay thank you!
