Description
        PERFECT FOR :
A Family or group of up to 8 friends Looking for a fully equipped base a short distance from the Grand Monte Ski Area
THE BUILDING :
Set over 120 sqm, Chalet Coralie is practical, well maintained and spacious enough to handle groups or families of between 6 to 8 Adults. You will have access to your own private Garage with enough space for two cars. The building is self contained and private despite being part of a wider block.
INSIDE :
There are three bedrooms with a further double sofa bed up on the small mezzanine level if you need the extra space, a family bathroom, as well as an ensuite shower and separate WC. Open planned living dining space and fully equipped kitchen will easily cater for your whole whole party. A fully equipped laundry room with both a washing and drying machine and a large separate ski room with boot dryers and plenty of hanging space.
OUTSIDE :
There is plenty of green space around the accommodation, with spectacular view of the whole Mont Blanc Mountain range. There is a garden and eating area outside which you can access from the double doors of the main living area and kitchen.
GREAT LOCATION :
Just off the main road to Argentiere 5 minutes before the Grand Montet lift and a short walk from the new Au Mont Chou boulangerie. You can also access the Ski du Fond trails behind the chalet (but please remember to buy your pass before you go..) cross over the main road to walk or mountain bike into Chamonix following the river.
GETTING AROUND :
The bus stop is a minute away from the residence with services up and down the valley.
USEFUL BITS :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.

Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive all the details you need for before your arrival date.

You have a dedicated parking space in the underground parking plus use of an outside space directly in front of the entrance building. Chamonix Holidays will provide you with all the relevant information before you arrive.
Summer top tip - Take the Grand Montets lift and explore from there, with a breath-taking hike up to the glacier.
Winter top tip - With such close proximity to the cross-country skiing track, why not give it a go? Most ski-rental places will be able to rent you the gear, and it’s always fun to try something new.

There is also underground parking, which is very nice in snowy winter conditions, but its shared with five other chalets, creating some difficulties if the neighbours decide to park and block access to Chalet Coralie's individual garage.  |

Built over two floors, the living area of Maison des Praz is an open plan, light and airy space with full-length windows offering views of the Mont Blanc massif from the dining room table.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to create meals in and the sofas by the French windows allow you to spend time chatting together or watching the large, flat screen TV.
The French windows open out on the lawn and garden where there are chairs and tables in summer.
The ground floor contains a family bedroom with a double bedroom and bunks and a shower room with a toilet and sink
Bikes and skis are stored in the closed storage area inside the house.
Spiral stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is a double or a twin with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom # 2 is smaller and can be either a single or a double.
Bedroom #3 has a double sofa bed that can be either left as a sofa and chill out room or made up as a double bedroom.
The sunny terrace leads off this last bedroom and has garden furniture for you to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and views of Mont Blanc.
This floor also has a full bathroom and a separate toilet and a washing and drying machine for clothes.
The property is hidden away behind the Hotel Lanchers with three other private residences and has no through traffic.
LINEN, TOWELS AND CLEANING
Please note. The cost of your reservation includes one set of linen and towels for each person and cleaning when you leave. If you are staying longer than a week you may want to consider booking a change of linen and towels and even some mid-stay cleaning.
