Le Hameau des Neiges is a beautiful apartment for family of 4 with additional sleeping for up to 2 people located in the foothills of Les Houches, a quick 10 minute drive from the bars, restaurants and shops.
This lovely apartment is a great base for family and friends for both summer and winter holidays, with quick access to the Les Houches ski lifts and incredible hikes on your doorstep. The ground floor chalet apartment with its own garden is a comfortable walk down the hill to the bus stop which provides regular free bus transport to the whole valley including the nearby ski lifts in Les Houches. Local facilities like the large Super U market are nearby along the main road. The property has a classic alpine décor with wood paneling and an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. There is a comfortable couch that offers plenty of space for you to sit back and relax after a tiring day in the mountains. The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need, with dining and plenty of space to seat comfortably for the whole party. There are two bedrooms, one double bed room and one bunk bedroom (bed size 190cm X 80cm)) plus extra sleeping arrangements in the communal area if you need to sleep a couple more. Bathroom facilities include a shower room with sink and wc, and ensuite to the double bedroom also a washbasin and WC. This is a lovely place to relax your tired legs after your mountain adventures, as well as a private garden to entertain in. Free parking on site for two vehicles, as well as the WIFI internet throughout the property.
If you do not have a vehicle there are local buses departing regularly from the main road, which is 10 minutes walk down the hill, so longer coming up. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants are located in Les Houches on the main road. Ski lifts in les Houches are a further 5 minutes by bus.

Summer top tip - Les Houches is incredible for mountain biking, with many trails on your doorstep why not bring your bike or rent one to explore.
Winter top tip - Over the winter the ski school hosts a mulled wine evening once a week at the ice rink, as well as a torchlit descent of the neighbouring slope.
