Self-Catering Chalet, Lovely 5 Bedroom, Amazing Views, Drive to Les Houches & Chamonix

Beautifullly renovated 5 bedroom chalet located in the picturesque town of Servoz. The chalet is just a short 8 minute drive from Les Houches ski resort and a 15 to 20 minute drive to Chamonix. The property is ideal for seasonal and long term renters looking for a place of tranquillity for their weekends and holidays. 


The stunning south facing balcony and garden,with views of  both the Mont Blanc range and Les Houches ski slopes offer guests the ideal setting to relax in after a day exploring the mountains.


The chalet itself has a very comfortable living area with sofas, footstools and open fireplace. For entertainment there is a projector and screen that can be automatically rolled away when not needed. A large dining area in a bright and airy room provides a perfect setting for meals or alternatively if the weather is good you have the opportunity to move out onto the deck. The kitchen is stunning with a five cooker hob, grill, double oven, coffee machine and plenty of space for a joint cooking effort.


On the first floor there are two main bedrooms, both with en-suite and balconies facing out onto the mountains. The en-suite bathrooms both offer electric towel rails and large showers. The third bedroom on this floor is a cosy bunk bed room, pleased be advised that the space is tight. Moving up the beautiful spiral staircase you come to the fourth and fifth bedrooms, both are doubles and in the roof and offering a quirky and bright setting, head space here is limited. The main bathroom on the first floor has a stunning roll top bath and large walk in shower.  Bed linen and towels are provided and weekly laundering is included.


Outside are stunning gardens and a large south facing patio that takes the sun all day. Perfect for spending a peaceful day at the chalet, eating outside or hosting a BBQ. The stone purpose built barbeque is located on the lower section of the garden and comes fully equipped with cooking utensils. There is enough space for two to three cars to be parked on the private drive way. We would recommend guests to have their own transport when staying at this chalet.

    We will be happy to quote for longer and shorter periods.

    A 3 month let from or after 7th January is priced at 4875€ per month

    Prices are in Euros although it may also be possible to make payment in Sterling.

    In resort concierge services:  We have a wonderful Chamonix Accommodation Service company in resort; Chamserve will meet you on arrival and be on hand in case you have any questions or difficulties during your stay.

    So that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive, they will help arrange your airport transfers, ski lift passes, instructors & activities and more.

    Price based on standard capacity of 10 persons occupying this property.  It may be possible to increase the capacity.  This will be subject to additional charge and you must advise before confirmation of booking.

    End of stay cleaning is not included at your accommodation.  If you prefer you can book an end of stay cleaning service.

    Tourist tax is charged at 1€ per person per night.  

    Property service charges including Utility and WIFI internet may be charged in addition, please enquire for details.


    Payments can be made credit card securely.  A handling fee of 1.50% is charged. You may also pay by bank transfer.  Any charges levied by Chamonix Season / Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the party leader.


    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.


    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.


    A cautionary damage deposit is required on arrival, please enquire for details.
