Chapelle is a beautiful two bedroom apartment located next to the village square in Les Praz, Chamonix is a 4 minute walk to the Flégère lift station providing you quick access to the Brévent-Flégère ski area.
In a lovely old residence this very modern and contemporary apartment is fitted out to a very high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a double oven, plate warmer, induction hobs, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.
In addition this apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, wifi internet, wood burning stove, a lovely balcony with south facing Mont blanc views, WiFi, smart TV and parking.
The master bedroom is king size bed, with a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom is a single bed, which converts to double with pull out underneath. The family bathroom includes a luxury bath and large walk in shower as well as a sink and toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet and hand basin.

Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.
