Description

Arve:Residence Montana is a charming chalet-style apartment with stunning views of the Mont-Blanc massif and located in a tranquil spot by the river in Argentière. The property is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The Grand Montets lifts have recently been d and are just a two minute walk away via a bridge across the river giving you access to some of the best skiing and walking in the valley. During the summer months the main cable car is open allowing walkers, climbers and bikers to explore the mountains further.

The two level apartment is on the second floor of the property and can be accessed by wide, covered exterior stairs. On the ground floor there is the ski/bike locker which is located at the building entrance on the ground floor. On the lower level of the apartment two double bedrooms lead off the living/dining area with a large south facing balcony and well equipped corner kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower head and a separate WC. Stairs lead up to a low ceiling mezzanine which sleeps 2-4 and has a shower room with WC. The communal gardens are well away from any roads, making an ideal supervised play area for children.

The closest bus stop is only a short walk from the apartment and its nearest shops, bars and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk into the centre of the pretty village of Argentière. The village also enjoys its regular markets and fairs.

- Price based on standard capacity of 2 persons occupying this property. It may be possible to increase the capacity. This will be subject to additional charge and you must advise before confirmation of booking.
- Linens and towels and house-keeping services: please enquire for details.
- End of stay cleaning is not included at your accommodation. If you prefer you can book an end of stay cleaning service.
- Tourist tax is charged at 1€ per person per night.
- Property service charges including Utility and WIFI internet may be charged in addition, please enquire for details.

Payments can be made credit card securely. You may also pay by bank transfer. Any charges levied by Chamonix Season / Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the party leader.

Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

A cautionary damage deposit is required on arrival, please enquire for details.
