This light and spacious apartment is set within an old 1890's farm house in the heart of Les Praz opposite the church, with amazing views of the Mountains and on a direct bus route directly into Chamonix Centre.
Perfect location for a ski holiday or relaxing summer vacation.
The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard, and offers a wonderful, fully equipped, large kitchen with double oven, fridge and wine fridge, and large generous dinig table so great for those wanting to dine in.
The lounge area is cozy and warm with a wood burner and large open windows looking through to the shared garden and the mountains beyond.
The master bedroom is large, and the bathroom luxurious, however the 2nd bedroom is a little small when used as a double, but perfect for a single.
There is access to a large garden which is shared by all apartments within the building.
The apartment is accessed via a main door and entrance hall and then a smaller entrance vestibule which houses ski and boot storage, and is shared with just the studio next door. We also manage the studio next door so this can be rented together with the apartment if you are a larger group. Please be aware that you can hear your neighbours and vice-versa so we do ask that you are respectful with noise levels, and of course we ask the same from the next door studio. If noise does become an issue we are able to communicate with the neighbours as we manage that property too.
Being in Les Praz the apartment is in a quiet spot away from the crowds of the town centre, but it is on a main road. Double glazing windows block this noise but be aware you can hear traffic if the windows are open or from the garden.
The apartment is just a 2 minute stroll away to the Flegere lift and to the bus stop giving you access up and down the valley to all of the other ski areas and Chamonix town centre.
There are a number of bars and restaurants just a short walk away in Les Praz village and if you want a more lively scene Chamonix town centre is easily accessible either on foot or by bus.
