Traditional Alpine Chalet lovely for a family sleeping up to 12 guests in tranquil Les Houches.
The chalet sleeps up to 10 guests over two levels with 4 bedrooms; 2 are double bedrooms, the third is a twin bedroom, and the forth has 2 bunk-beds sleeping 4. There are 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and the other a bath and 2 WCs.
There is a lovely Mazot with sleeping for additional 2 persons in 2 comfortable single beds in, great for some peace and quiet.
The chalet’s living room has magnificent views over the Valley of Chamonix that you can watch from the dining table or the comfort of a sofa in front of the fire place. Outside a balcony on the main living area runs the length of the chalet, ideal for sun-worshiping, surrounded by the Mont Blanc Massive.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine as well as French utensils for Raclette, fondue and crepes. The garage has ample space for boot drying, ski equipment or other sporting goods. There is private parking for up to 4 cars.

The winter season price is based on a 5 month let however we can be flexible with arrival and departure dates.

Standard Rental Terms:
Payment in 2 installments; 30% with the booking and 70% 4 weeks prior to arrival.
You will be required to pay a cautionary damage deposit on arrival.
You will also be required to pay for utility charges (electricity, water, heating) and local taxes.
Les Houches is a family resort and caters for children of all ages with a host of activities for young and old.
Winter activities include skiing ideal for beginners and intermediate), snowboarding, snowshoeing, walking trails and mountaineering.
Summer is a great time for families and children with a hot climate and numerous activities – walking; alpine climbing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming and tennis to name but some.

- This winter season there will be a frequent bus service every 15mins throughout the village.

- Super U offer a delivery service to your accommodation. You can shop online www.superu-leshouches.com and for a fee of 4€ they will prepare your basket and delivery costs: under 120€ = 7€ for delivery or over 120€ = Free.

SKI SCHOOL
Les Houches offers Children’s and Adults Ski Lessons from the Prarion Ski Lift.
We can assist with bookings through ESF for you. ESF also offer Famille Plus – which is ski and day care for your children so that you are free to ski all day!

Le Petit VIP is a children’s arts, crafts & entertainment service run by
English and French speaking professionals who will come to your accommodation
and run arts and crafts sessions for your children. They can also provide a
birthday party service that can include birthday tea, cake, face painting,
games and other fun activities.
- You can book a session for 2 hours or more for your
children for a rainy cold day or to just give the kids a break from skiing.
Bookings must be for a minimum of 2 children.
- They provide all the materials, protective clothing, table
covers etc for an enjoyable holiday activity.

ICE RINK LES HOUCHES
The ice rink of Les Houches is a natural and outdoor ice rink, situated in the
heart of the village. Skate in front of the Mont Blanc massif! It is also open
in the evening.

DOG SLEDDING
Professional mushers, Christophe and Elisabeth selected and raised their Huskies to offer you the best. They suggest introducing you to dog sledding during all winter.
Furthemore the Tourist office of Les Houches/Servoz have pre-reserved some dates below: 5 sleds available per rotation, in the morning or afternoon.
This activity consists about 15mn of briefing and 45mn of harness and driving.
