This modern, contemporary 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for a family or a groups of friends to enjoy for a winter or summer season let. It is just a few minutes walk to the main pedestrian area in central Chamonix, and yet it benefits from the peace and tranquility of quiet residential area.

The apartment features a large private patio terrance that joins a communal garden down to the river Arve, perfect to enjoy the sunshine underneath the amazing peaks of Mt Blanc and l'Aiguille du Midi during the spring and summer months.

Divided over 2 levels; The upper level consists of 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5; with two large double bedrooms and the third smaller bedroom with a single bed. The main bathroom comprises a welcoming walk-in shower, WC, separate bath and sink. 

The lower ground floor opens out onto the patio and garden.  It comprises a large living room with huge comfortable sofas, Home Cinema including flat screen T.V., Bose speakers, DVD, and Playstation player. There is also a sizable library of DVD's and games. This leads into the spacious open-plan fully equipped diner and kitchen complete with all the modern appliances including American style fridge / freezer. The open kitchen blends into a dining / lounge area comfortably seating 6+ guests. This area features large windows that are south facing boasting views of Mt Blanc and lots of natural light.  In the hot summer months you can cool-off under the electric awning on the terrace just outside.

There is a separate store and laundry room which includes a WC and washing machine and dryer.

The apartment comes with use of the garage to fit one car, skis or snowboard, as well as a heated boot dryer and toboggans for children. There is one further space for parking in front of the garage.  In addition a large 20m cave for storage is available.

    In resort concierge services:  We have a wonderful Chamonix Accommodation Service company in resort; Chamserve will meet you on arrival and be on hand in case you have any questions or difficulties during your stay.

    So that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive, they will help arrange your airport transfers, ski lift passes, instructors & activities and more.

    Price based on standard capacity of 4 persons occupying this property.  It may be possible to increase the capacity.  This will be subject to additional charge and you must advise before confirmation of booking.

    End of stay cleaning is not included at your accommodation.  If you prefer you can book an end of stay cleaning service.

    Tourist tax is charged at 1.00€ per person per night.  

    Property service charges including Utility and WIFI internet may be charged in addition, please enquire for details.

    Payments can be made credit card securely.  A handling fee of 1.50% is charged. You may also pay by bank transfer.  Any charges levied by Chamonix Season / Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the party leader.

    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.

    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

    A cautionary damage deposit is required on arrival, please enquire for details.
