Beautiful Catered Alpine Chalet Sleeping 8 Guests with Fabulous Views of the Valley.

This charming catered chalet is situated at an altitude of 1275m, high above the Chamonix valley and overlooking the village of Les Houches. The chalet is catered in the winter and sold as self-catered in the summer with catered options.

The chalet stands by the side of the legendary Kandahar piste - part of the men’s world cup downhill - thus offering the luxury of true ski in ski out convenience, which is extremely rare in Chamonix.

In the summer it is ideal for high mountain hiking and trekking and also perfect for mountain biking and downhilling on the Les Houches VTT trails.
On top of this the chalet enjoys some of the best views in the valley; and there is not only a large sunny balcony from which to enjoy them, but enormous floor to ceiling windows with sun streaming through.

Chalet Schuss has also been newly renovated and sleeps 8 in four ensuite bedrooms, all double or can be single beds. There is also a spare room with a day bed that can be used for an extra guest or as an office in the summer time. The chalet has an open plan sitting and dining area providing ample space for relaxing in front of a roaring log fire and a separate TV and games room.

The chalet only employs professional chefs so that the cuisine is restaurant quality.
The chalet is also approached through its own woodland and has a sauna, outdoor hot tub and massage room, and even an all day driving service making it the idyllic holiday getaway.

    The chalet is available for weekly rentals generally from Sunday to Sunday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.

    Maximum 8 persons occupying this property.

    Check-in to the chalet is from 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

    - What’s included:
    Self Catered Service
    Exclusive use of this property and its facilities
    Linen and towels, utility charges and your end of stay clean
    Tourist tax of £1 per person (13 years and above) per day

    - Terms of Payment:
    We accept Payment in Sterling or Euros, by cheque, bank transfer and we also accept credit/debit cards (fee of 2.85%).
    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first installment to be completed within 7 days of reservation.
    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.
    There will be a cautionary damage deposit to arrange, we will confirm details with you.
