Bellevue Apartment is an ideally located Chamonix property in the heart of Les Houches, just 100m from the Bellevue lift and perfect for both access to the slopes and to the local restaurants and shops. This spacious 2 bedroom Chamonix property is located on the ground floor of a traditional alpine-style chalet. It features a large enclosed terrace which wraps around 2 sides of the apartment and is ideal for small children and al fresco dining, whilst soaking up the stunning views of the Aiguille du Midi. Short breaks available all year round, 3 nights minimum.

The apartment is well-equipped with double with ensuite bathroom and twin bedrooms sleeping 4, plus a comfy sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Family bathroom and separate toilet.  The lounge is equipped with TV with UK channels, DVD player and iPod dock. A large wooden decked, wrap-around terrace with table and chairs.  The Chamonix property has a fully fitted kitchen, and dining for 6, with family friendly children's crockery too. An enormous ski locker has plenty of space for storing skis in the winter or bikes in the summer.  Private Garage.

    The apartment  is available for weekly rentals. Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.

    Price based on standard capacity of 4 persons occupying this property.
    Subject to additional charge of £50 per person for more persons.

    Exclusive use of this property and its facilities.
    Utility charges and your end of stay clean.

    - What’s not included:

    Linen and Towels charged at £20 per person, payable with the booking. 
    Tourist tax of £1 per person (13 years and above) per day, payable with the booking.

    Booking Terms and Conditions:
    Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card. Payments made by debit or credit card incur 0.00% handling fee. Any charges levied by Chamonix Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the group.


    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first installment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.
    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

    A cautionary damage deposit is required.


    You will be met on arrival in resort by our concierge partners.  They will be on hand in case of emergencies.


    Unless otherwise agreed; normal check in is between 4pm and 8pm and you are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure leaving it in a clean condition.

    Bellevue Apartment is located in the lovely village of Les Houches, just 10 minutes from Chamonix in the car. This Chamonix property is close to the Bellevue cable car for skiing in winter and mountain biking or hiking in summer, as well as to bakeries and shops selling local produce. The nearest supermarket is a short 10 minute walk away from Bellevue Apartment. The bus stops outside the Bellevue cable car for access to the other ski areas of Chamonix valley.

    Everything was great with this apartment - it is well laid out and worked perfectly for us (5 adults) The location is excellent straight onto the Belle Vue cable or chairlift every morning and several times we were able to beat the crowd up to the top Very close to après ski at Katies Kitchen which we love

    Très super séjour de 2 semaines dans un agréable logement! La déco est chaleureuse et la terrasse est appréciable. En plus la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe au réveil! L'appartement est plutôt bien aménagé même si il a fallut réfléchir un peu pour installer le lit parapluie de mon fils de 2 ans. Le chalet est très bien situé à 2 min des arrêts de bus pour se rendre vers Chamonix et à 15 min à pied de la gare. Proximité vers les commerces, restaurants (je vous conseille le restaurant "le Basilic") et télécabines. Je recommande pour famille nombreuse ou comme nous: mes parents + mes enfants de 2 et 4 ans + ma compagne et moi-même qui avons dormi dans le salon avec le canapé convertible.

    We had a lovely holiday in Les Houches, just down the road from Chamonix. The apartment was well appointed and in a great location, near to the patisserie/boulangerie, ski lift and ski bus. Les Houches has some great bars and restaurants and everyone is really friendly.

    The Evans family of 4 with 2 boys aged 11 and 7. The Bellevue apartment was lovely and we were most sorry to leave at the end of our holiday. The location and views were superb, the rooms were clean and nicely appointed, and we all enjoyed our family 'film' nights courtesy of the DVD player and TV. This was our second consecutive year in Chamonix, and we still have not managed to complete all of the activities. Needless to say, we will be returning in 2015!

    5/5 - Great ski apartment within short walking distance to Bellevue lifts and all local shops, bars and restaurants. On Chamonix bus route for easy access up and down the valley. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is immaculately clean. Beds are very comfortable and linens and pillows are higher quality than normally found in ski apartments. Has everything you need and nothing you don't. Apartment has its own private garage and there is parking outside if you have more than one car. Overall is perfect for what we need and would gladly go back for another stay.
