This makes an ideal seasonal let property for two friends or a couple. It can sleep up to four guests on the double sofa bed in the main living area and bunk beds which are separate from this area. Studio comes equipped with electric cooking hobs, electric oven and fridge/freezer.  Seating for 4 persons.  Bathroom with bath, and shower attachment, WC, and sink.

The south facing balcony offers beautiful views out onto Mont Blanc and meals can be enjoyed alfresco.

    The rate rental of  6500.00€ or the sterling equivalent indicated above is a guideline to rent this property for up to 5 months over the winter period. 

    We will be happy to consider longer and shorter rental periods.
    Prices are set in Euros although it may also be possible to make payment in Sterling.

    In resort concierge services:  We have a wonderful Chamonix Accommodation Service company in resort; Chamserve will meet you on arrival and be on hand in case you have any questions or difficulties during your stay.

    So that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive, they will help arrange your airport transfers, ski lift passes, instructors & activities and more.

    Price based on standard capacity of 2 persons occupying this property.  It may be possible to increase the capacity.  This will be subject to additional charge and you must advise before confirmation of booking.

    End of stay cleaning is not included at your accommodation.  If you prefer you can book an end of stay cleaning service.

    Tourist tax is charged at 1€ per person per night.  

    Property service charges including Utility and WIFI internet may be charged in addition, please enquire for details.

    Payments can be made credit card securely.  A handling fee of 1.50% is charged. You may also pay by bank transfer.  Any charges levied by Chamonix Season / Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the party leader.

    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.

    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

    A cautionary damage deposit is required on arrival, please enquire for details.

    The Wi-Fi in the Riviere building is operated by the building management company. You may pay for this on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
