Jonquille is a lovely brand new home in Chamonix close to the centre of Les Praz with spectacular views down the Chamonix valley towards Mont Blanc.  The main ski lift is 3 minutes walk from the property, with transport services both Train and Bus close by.
The home has been built and furnished to a very high specification.  It has three good sized bedrooms upstairs - two of which have double beds and one has 2 sets of bunk beds.  Above the garage, accessed via bedroom 2, is a lovely private roof terrace which looks towards Mont Blanc with table and chairs.  This is a lovely sun trap catching the afternoon sunshine.  Downstairs, is a lovely open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and lounge.  The living space has a huge picture window looking towards Mont Blanc and the home is light and bright as a result.
The finishing are of the highest standard with real wood floors and underfloor heating.  The kitchen is well appointed and extremely well equipped.  We have small children ourselves so everything you need for small children and babies is also provided.
The house has a garage attached which can be used for parking and storing ski/climb/cycle/golf equipment.  
 At the back of the house, accessed from the main living area is a second terrace with table and chairs.
Jonquille is our new family holiday home and we hope you will enjoy spending time there as much as we intend to in the future.

    The Chamonix Flegere lift station is a few minutes walk away, which accesses the main ski area in Chamonix.  Nearby bus stop provides direct access to other skiing in the valley in Argentiere, Le Tour, Vallocine, and Les Houches.
    There are great walking and cycling trails on the door step.  The stream is a short walk from the back of the property and leads a lovely walk into the centre of Chamonix.
    The house is very well situated for the shops, restaurants (including Hotel Eden restaurant and apes ski Hotel Rhododendrons) and ski hire shops of Les Praz.  Plus the bus stop for Chamonix, Les Houches, Le Tour and Argentiere is a 30 second walk away.  The Flegere lift and Chamonix Golf Club are only a 500m walk away - a luxury for the Chamonix valley.
    Les Praz is a great hamlet for families.  It offers easy access to the nightlife of Chamonix, whilst being in a peaceful setting for quiter evenings and daytimes at home.
