The house is located in an extremely quiet part of the valley but very conveniently located to access all of the different ski areas (car required). The Flegere ski lift is a 3 minute drive and the adventurous skier can ski directly back to the house! Wonderful walks can be taken directly from the house with the river-side footpath just metres away.

    The apartment is available for weekly rentals. Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.

     

     

    - What’s included:

    Linen and Towels for standard rental period.

    In resort concierge services. So that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive, we help to arrange your airport transfers, guides & activities and more.

    - What’s not included:

    Tourist tax of £1.00 per person (13 years and above) per day, payable with the booking.

    Booking Terms and Conditions:

    We accept Payment in GBP or Euros by bank transfer and we also accept credit/debit cards (fee of 2.85%). You can also pay by cheque for GBP.

    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.

    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

    A cautionary damage deposit is required.

     

    You will be met on arrival in resort by our concierge partners.  They will be on hand in case of emergencies.

     

    Unless otherwise agreed; Normal check in is between 4pm and 8pm, and you are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure leaving it in a clean condition.
