Lovely Luxury 4 bedroom Chalet in Beautiful Gardens - Chamonix Mont Blanc

Chalet les Islouts is a spacious, yet cosy 4 bedroom chalet sleeping up to 8 people. It is located in a quiet area near the Gaillands lake, adventure park and woodlands. It offers transport links to easily access the whole of the Chamonix valley and only a 20 minute flat walk from Chamonix town.


This modern chalet is constructed in a traditional Savoyarde style, with a wealth of wooden beams, an open plan lounge and dining area for socialising along with a charming open fireplace.


The first floor bedrooms are all en-suite and of similar size. Each are named after the stunning views you can experience from their balconies. Brevent provides a 180 panorama view from Les Houches across Le Aiguillette to the Brevent, Midi takes in the Aiguille de Midi, Mont Blanc itself and the Bossons Glacier and Grepon adds a view of that classic alpine peak.


All upstairs bedrooms have built in wardrobes, TVs and DVD players and have the flexibility of either twin or king sized beds.


Each en-suite bathroom has a washbasin and toilet and a hairdryer. Two of these have large showers, with the third bathroom having a double ended bath (no tap end!) with overhead shower.


On the lower floor of the chalet is the Refuge. This was constructed by a local Chamonix carpenter and high mountain guide to provide a more authentic mountain refuge experience.


The main living area of the house is open plan, with lots of natural light.

There are three sets of patio doors leading to a large, wrap around south facing terrace complete with Jacuzzi hot tub and magnificent mountain views of the Mont Blanc Massif.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with large Miele fridge freezer, oven, microwave and Bosch dishwasher. A dining area for 10 and a lounge area with comfy leather sofas, a surround sound system, flat screen TV with UK satellite TV and DVD player.

This floor includes a small office area and a guest toilet with washbasin.


Downstairs there is a utility area, complete with Bosch washing machine and a separate tumble-dryer. The lower ground floor includes a ski and boot room with boot drier which can also be accessed directly from outside via the double garage and finally, there is a table tennis table for some friendly competition.

    In resort concierge services:  We have a wonderful Chamonix Accommodation Service company in resort; Chamserve will meet you on arrival and be on hand in case you have any questions or difficulties during your stay.

    So that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive, they will help arrange your airport transfers, ski lift passes, instructors & activities and more.

    Price based on standard capacity of 8 persons occupying this property.  It may be possible to increase the capacity.  This will be subject to additional charge and you must advise before confirmation of booking.

    End of stay cleaning is not included at your accommodation.  If you prefer you can book an end of stay cleaning service.

    Tourist tax is charged at 1€ per person per night.

    Payments can be made credit card securely.  A handling fee of 1.50% is charged. You may also pay by bank transfer.  Any charges levied by Chamonix Season / Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the party leader.


    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first instalment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.


    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.


    A cautionary damage deposit is required on arrival, please enquire for details.
