At nearly 200 sqm it is a generously portioned chalet with a large sunny open plan living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor giving you great views down the valley.

The large picture windows open out onto an impressive terrace that looks South West towards the sunset along the valley. Stairs from the deck lead down to its garden as well as the private 6 person Jacuzzi.

Set over three floors, the four double en suite bedrooms are much larger than your average chalet in Chamonix. Each one is uniquely furnished to a very high standard and two of the bedrooms are able to be split into twins. If required, more mattresses can be put into any of the bedrooms, there is plenty of space.

As well as being a lovely chalet, it is also very practical with covered parking and a large utility room on the ground floor.

    The chalet is available for weekly rentals. Our standard period of rental is 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.

    Price based on standard capacity of  8 persons occupying this property.

    You are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure leaving it in a clean condition.

    Booking Terms and Conditions:
    Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card. Payments made by debit or credit card incur 0.00% handling fee. Any charges levied by Chamonix Holidays bank for foreign transfers or cheque payments are at the cost to the group.


    Your booking is confirmed with payment of 30% first installment to be completed within 7 days of reservation or full payment if the booking is made within 10 weeks prior to arrival.
    Your final payment of 70% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival.

    A cautionary damage deposit is required.


    You will be met on arrival in resort by our concierge partners.  They will be on hand in case of emergencies.


    Unless otherwise agreed; normal check in is between 4pm and 8pm and you are expected to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of your departure leaving it in a clean condition.
