Chalet Les Seracs

The chalet is generally available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday although we will consider other dates and lengths of stay.

Price based on up to 20 persons occupying this property. Subject to additional charge for more persons.

- What’s included:.
Exclusive use of this property and its facilities.
Linen and Towels are included.
Utility charges and your end of stay clean.

- What’s not included:
Tourist tax of £1 per person (13 years and above) per day, payable with the booking.
Logs for the log fire are not included.

- Reservations and Bookings
Reservations should be made by paying the security deposit and 1/3rd of the agreed rent or full payment plus security deposit if made within eight weeks of commencement of rental.

- Security Deposit
A security deposit of 800 Euros (or £700) is required and must be paid within 3 days of returning the completed booking form to confirm the reservation.

- Cancellation
Cancellation by the client, or the person who signed the booking form, will be effective when written notice is received by the owners. If cancellation occurs more than eight weeks before the commencement of the rental the security deposit is forfeit.

- Payment
All payments must be made by cash, cheque, banker's draft, BACS transfer or money order.
